Breaking any rules will result in you getting barred from the property.

  • Be respectful of everyone using the studios.

  • Don't be pushy and rush someone to use a set.

  • Tho in the same sentiment, don't hog a set either for hours and hours with no signs of leaving.

  • No erp in the house, yard or rooms.

  • No lala lewding in the studios.

  • No nsfw animations out in the yard.

  • We are an active fc so don't mind the members hanging out in the yard and do not harass them.

  • Don't gpose anyone in the studio without their consent!

Our mannequin is set up for donations to the studio. Your gil will go towards future studios and to help us have enough gil to bid so we can upgrade the studio house to a large.(Donations are NOT required to use the studios and are completely optional!)
